Dr Sara Wong, BDS, BDSc (Hons) (Adelaide), Dentist
Dr Sara Wong was always drawn to working in healthcare, as she loved connecting with people and working with her hands. “Dentistry was the most obvious choice. Throughout my journey to become a dentist, I’ve been inspired by the connections that dentists can have with patients, often spanning generations and contributing to better oral health.”
To prepare for her career, Dr Wong earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Bachelor of Dental Science (Hons) from the University of Adelaide. She graduated in 2024.
For Dr Wong, the most fulfilling part of being a dentist is guiding her patients on their journey to better oral health while forming genuine connections along the way. She strives to make every visit feel less like a clinical appointment and more like catching up with an old friend.
In Her Spare Time
Outside of work, Dr Wong likes playing badminton, running, and trying new baking recipes. Currently, she’s trying to perfect cream puffs!
